ISR Role & Functions

The Irish Society for Rheumatology (ISR) is a group of about 100 doctors with specialist training in Rheumatology.  Some are Consultants (i.e. trained medical specialists), others are trainees, with some members being scientists and researchers.  The Society includes those who are based in the Republic of  Ireland, Northern Ireland, the rest of the UK and some from further afield.  Many members belong to both the ISR and the British Society for Rheumatology (BSR).

The ISR is a registered charity.
