ISR TNF in RA guidelines
The ISR have published guidelines outlining the use of TNF alpha inhibitors in rheumatoid arthritis. The document also includes 2 useful appendices; one with suggestions for prescreening patients for TB and guidelines for the management of latent TB. The second appendix (from the British Society for Rheumatology) deals with vaccinations in immunocompromised individuals. Click here to download file
