RPIF – Rheumatology Patient Initiative Fund 2018

 

Dear Members,

The ISR is pleased to announce a new funding initiative the RPIF “Rheumatology Patient Initiative Fund”

Up to 5 grants will be awarded with a maximum award of €25,000.

This initiative is intended for innovative researchers undertaking a body of research in rheumatology in Ireland that will directly impact on patient care and quality of life. Particular priority will be given for seed funding for novel innovative research projects to stimulate new research initiatives. The applicant should demonstrate how this project can be completed with initial funding and how it may lead to a longer term research programme for the department or academic career development for the applicant.

Applications to be submitted to info@isr.ie marked RPIF by Friday, 20 July 2018 on the attached form.

Awards will be announced at the ISR Autumn meeting to be held on the 20/21 September 2018 in Killashee Hotel, Naas, Co Kildare.
